You sure can! You can enter your order or tracking waybill number in the track order section in our top navigation or you can check on the status of your order on your order tracking page.

Your order will be delivered within 2-5 business days.
Your glasses will usually reach you faster but may take the full 5 working days depending on proximity, the complexity of your prescription, and the package you selected.

  • Within Lagos delivery, We deliver via Poshkollect courier service which offers same/next day delivery
  • Outside Lagos: We ship through FedEx, Doorstep/Home delivery, and the transit period is 3-5 business days.
    You will be provided with tracking details and a waybill number.

Poshkollect has a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 7 days of purchase/delivery date.
We do not accept returns or exchanges after 7 days from the date.
All return items must have original tags and packaging and have not been installed, or used (i.e.
your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Once we confirm delivery of the return, we will either issue a refund (The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total bill paid) or exchange on the customer’s request.

  2. Return your glasses to us and provide our customer service with a reason for return or exchange. A shipping fee may apply for a one-time replacement.
  3. Once we confirm delivery of the return, we will either issue a refund (The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total bill paid) or an exchange on the customer’s request.
